BOOKING POLICY

Upon confirmation of your date, time and location we will issue an invoice and require a 50% deposit within seven (7) days of issuing the invoice to secure your date and time.  The remaining 50% will need to be paid fourteen (14) days prior to the event to continue to secure your date and time.   We are unable to refund for booked guests that do not arrive to the event.  Payment terms may be subject to change.  Should you need to change your booking, please provide us with notice in writing and refer to the cancellations policy below for any fees incurred for this.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your request to cancel is more than fourteen (14) days from your booked experience – you will be able to simply reschedule.

If your request is between 48 hours and up to fourteen (14) days of your booked experience start time, a $100 cancellation fee will apply and we will issue you with a credit voucher for the remainder of your booking.  Your credit voucher will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue with no extensions.

If your request is within 48 hours of your booked experience start time, we will provide you with a credit voucher to reschedule your experience that will be valid for six months from the date of cancellation.

Please Note:  All requests submitted through the “Contact Us Form” are time stamped to you have peace of mind when submitting your request – please allow up to 48 hours for a response from one of our team.

REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCT PURCHASES

Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return we will require proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days.  Please note that it may take extra time for your bank to process from their end.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange, please contact us on the “Contact Us” form.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  

As we are sourcing only fresh, natural ingredients we may from time to time experience shortages or no availability of certain products.  Whilst we do our best to ensure this doesn’t happen, we may at short notice need to change the products that you have selected for your experience due to lack of availability at that time.  In this instance, we will contact you, the customer, to organise a replacement product to be made at your event.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, and/or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site.  

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.  You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred encrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell or resell any information provided on this site without our permission prior.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate.  The material provided on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon without seeking out advice from the relative professionals.  Any reliance on this material is at your own risk.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.    We also reserve the right to alter or discontinue a product from our menu or for sale at any time.
